Since 1993, the Challenger Program in Western Fairfax County has provided the opportunity for mentally and physically challenged boys and girls, aged 5 to 18, to participate in an athletic environment structured to their abilities. Sully Challenger Baseball is a division of Little League Baseball and is co-sponsored by the Chantilly Youth Association (CYA) and the Southwest Youth Association (SYA).
