Sully Challenger Baseball

Since 1993, the Challenger Program in Western Fairfax County has provided the opportunity for mentally and physically challenged boys and girls, aged 4 to 22, to participate in an athletic environment structured to their abilities. Sully Challenger Baseball is a division of Little League Baseball and is co-sponsored by the Chantilly Youth Association (CYA) / Chantilly Little League and the Southwest Youth Association (SYA).

The Challenger program provides disabled children an opportunity to participate in America's Pastime, have fun and take part in a sport they would otherwise not have an opportunity to play. Challenger baseball fosters teamwork, self-esteem and social skills and lets kids experience how it feels to be cheered and earn awards for their achievements.

Everyone gets a chance to play, regardless of limitations or ability. Sully Challengers represents both the Chantilly and Southwestern Youth Associations, providing quality baseball for our area youth. The feedback we get from parents and players is very positive and the attitude of the kids is infectious. Our season starts in early April and we would love to have you join us. We play Friday afternoons between 6pm and 7:30pm at Chantilly Park on Stringfellow Road (across the street from Chantilly High School).
